Early Intervention
This program of intensive physical and psychological therapy serves 54 children aged 0-3 years old. The therapy is designed to increase psycho-motor development in young handicapped children so they can develop to their fullest potential in mainstream schools and society. The program also trains and supports the parents of handicapped children to prevent child abandonment. A team of three professionals provides assessments, counseling, and more than 800 hours of direct therapy for handicapped children.
All the children in the program are included in early literature activities carried out with volunteers from the community.
